Tustin Councilman Barry Cooper Adds To List of Endorsements for Peggy Huang
Huang’s race for the 45th Congressional District continues momentum of support from Orange County Leaders
IRVINE, CA --- Peggy Huang announced today the endorsement of Tustin Councilman Barry Cooper in her campaign for the 45th Congressional District of Orange County.
“Peggy’s record on public safety tells me she is a fighter for families," Cooper said. “I know I can trust her in Washington D.C. as our representative and she has my full endorsement."
Councilman Barry Cooper, who first came to Tustin in 1985 where he served in the United States Marines Corps at the Tustin Marine base, was elected to the City Council in 2018.
"I am proud of Barry’s friendship and thankful for his service to our country,” Huang said. “It is truly an honor to have his endorsement, someone who’s career defines service."
Tustin Councilman Barry Cooper joins fellow Tustin Councilmember Allan Bernstein, Anaheim Councilmember Trevor O’Neill, Irvine Mayor Christina Shea, Irvine Mayor Pro Tem Anthony Kuo, and Mission Viejo Councilmember Ed Sachs, all of whom have endorsed Peggy Huang for Congress.
